Dr Kish is the founder of Smile Dental Academy, a Postgraduate Education teaching institution, with world renowned lecturers and hands on facilities. This was born with a vision to create a set of Postgraduate degrees for aspiring dentists, with ongoing support and mentorship, not limited to the longevity of the course itself.

Having gone through much postgraduate education himself, Dr Kish wanted to provide delegates with a clear support network of Specialists, Dentists with special Interests, Mentors, Honorary Lecturers and Dental Advisers.

Smile Dental Academy has grown to become an International teaching institution, with Postgraduate Diplomas available in:

In addition to his own training Academy, Dr Kish is also a Visiting Lecturer and Examiner at the UCL Eastman Dental Institute.

Dr Kish firmly believes that dentistry is an excellent career. With mental health being such a prominent topic in the development of young dentists, it is essential to encourage open discussions about fears and obstacles in their career pathway. Dr Kish's vision is to inspire the next generation of dentists, ensuring that patient care is always at the forefront of their minds and showing them that anything is possible if you want it enough.
